If you are considering making a booking there are a number of things you need to know

We require close vehicular access for several vehicles, as we have a lot of heavy equipment.

  • We need easy access to the performing space and our standard performing space is a minimum of  7m x 4m (23’ x 13’).  If you cannot provide this, you must contact us to discuss arrangements before making a booking.

  • We do not play outdoors.

  • We need approximately 25 minutes to set up and and 20 minutes to pack away.

  • We need chairs to be provided for our team members, but we do bring our own tables.

  • If you require us to arrive and set up early to accommodate other content of your meeting please let us know beforehand.

  • We can provide a performance and talk (usually lasting approximately 45 minutes), workshop, background music or participation in a concert involving other performers.

  • We are happy for some of the audience to have a go, at our discretion.

  • We make no charge but a donation would be appreciated.  This goes towards our on-going costs, such as insurance, Performing Rights Society licence, sheet music, rehearsal room hire.

  • We are very happy to play at a wedding or civil ceremony, for which we charge a fee.  Please do contact us to discuss.

  • Some refreshments for the team would be appreciated - preferably after our performance.

  • We can take performance bookings for any day of the week.

  • We require a fully completed copy of the Stanwick Handbell Ringers' Booking Form
